Medical technology is a part of the health care patients receive every day. Without the necessary lab tests, doctors could not make the complicated decisions that they do.

At the St. Francis School of Medical Technology, we combine the heart of a Catholic health system with the science of today’s complex laboratory needs. Our students work alongside our faculty in serving patients’ medical needs, from routine tests to preparation for complex medical procedures

The School of Medical Technology at St. Francis offers a 12-month intensive program providing experience in all major departments of a clinical lab.

This program, established in 1967, accepts students in their final year of a baccalaureate degree program from an affiliated college or university, or those already holding a bachelors degree.
