Laboratory tests can detect diseases such as diabetes, anemia and cancer, and monitor the course of others. They also can be used for health maintenance and disease prevention.

Outpatient services are available at a variety of sites on the south and west sides. Physician’s orders are required for all laboratory tests. 

Orders may be faxed to (317) 782-7328.  Advance scheduling may be required for certain tests.

The laboratory is fully accredited by the College of American Pathologists and the Indiana State Department of Health.
